This site has been closed to non-registered users for more than a year now, and has only seen new sign-ups because of arms-length, word-of-mouth interactions (and a very small number of those).
I have been considering opening up the site’s visibility so that visitors can see what’s here and decide for themselves whether to join up.
For me, personally, if a site requires me to sign up just to see what’s on it, then I guess I’ll just never see what it has because I’m not going to be bothered with all that nonsense.
This isn’t a decision I’m going to make by myself, so I’d like everyone’s feedback on how open and visible YOU want this site to be
- Keep it closed - it’s better just like it is
- No sign-in requirement to view most stuff
- Full public visibility - liberate all the posts
